Tell me about Innocence Failed. How'd you girls get together, how'd ya cum up with the name?
Innocence failed is a new metal band from hamilton, weve been around since May and are doing alright. We got together in december and was practicing without a drummer. In April we got our drummer cheese and started practicing with her. Tressa came up for the name innocence failed, we agreed and innocence failed was complete!
What do you girls sound like?
we sound like a mix between deftones and manson. A couple songs like "become real and Glass house" we concentrated more on a heavier metallica/slipknot kinda of sound.
How serious are you girls about the band?
Well speaking for myself im really serious about this band. I think if we put our head together we could make this band go far.
Whats the future hold for the band?
We plan on playing alot more shows after our cd/demo is recorded.
What are the bands influences? What are your influences?
Manson is one of our Biggest influences. We are also influenced by Cradle of filth, kittie, slipknot and korn.My influences are Scratching post, Kittie, slipknot and some punk bands like Anti flag and afi.
What does your family think about the band?
My mom is scared of kayla and my dads supportive of us but he hates the kinda of music we play. My siblings want to come to our shows (my older brother has seen us and said we are good) but my little brother and sister are to young to come, but support me as much as they can. They always wish me luck before a show.
Does your band have any male groupies?
our band has TONNES of guy groupies. Wes was our first groupie! our first show he dressed up like Innocence ( our bands mascot ) consisting of Pigtails and a red dress! NOW any guy who would wear a red dress on stage WITH MAKE-UP is FOR SURE a great guy groupie! We also have MIKE CARSON FROM BLACK RAINBOW! he is our GOD! WE borrow his amps and he comes to all our practices! hes like our band bitch! Our fan eyeball comes to alot of the shows, um our boyfriends go to shows. Jordan has been to alot of our shows and has supported us tonnes! Hey Verbal Diarrhea why dont you come to any of our shows? huh huh? ;o) hehe just joking
What are you talkin about?! I've seen you guys play twice! So don't be tellin me that I don't come to any of your shows!!!
What song is your favorite song to cover? And what do you think about bands playin cover songs during their set?
My favourie song to cover would have to be Coma white by Marilyn Manson! I think bands who cover songs are awesome! They get the crowd singing along simetimes, and it sounds great! Its kinda like doing a tribute to the band who originally played it. But bands who do all covers and dont learn New ones are just annoying.
Wheres your favorite place to play show?
Well we played a 19+ show at the Corktown recently and i really like all the lights and shit, But i think i would have to say the home because all our fans come and check us out and its not alot of money!
Why should people go and see your band play live?
We put on a good show, were girls and we like to rock out! :)
Why should people care about your band?
ooo another hard one, no one should CARE about our band, we do what we want and if people like it, they like it and if people dont, they dont

Hypothetically speaking, what would you do in the following situation? Lets say you're in a band with your best friends, and sumone sucked really bad. Maybe the singer or drummer or whoever. What would you do? Would ya kick them out? Would ya keep them in the band and hope they improve? What would you tell that person?
I would first gather up the rest of the band and have a little meeting with them, if i told them i didnt like a certain member of the band we would try our hardest to put up with them. If they still sucked i would probably still keep them in the band but help them to improve.
If I were to give you a record contract, and alls you had to do was to wipe and clean up after old men shitting their diapers, would you take it?
i sure as hell would! its not THAT bad, i mean i havent exactly done it but as long as i didnt have to do it the rest of my life id do it.

wow this is difficult, i guess most girls these days would rather go shop at the mall then pick up a guitar or some drumsticks and actually sit down and try to learn an instrument. thats just my opinion...
